You will find major fashion brands (Zara, H&M, Massimo Dutti…), a Carrefour hypermarket, cafés like Starbucks, as well as a variety of restaurants. With its free parking and friendly atmosphere, it is the ideal place for shopping, dining, or enjoying a movie with the family.
Museum of the Sea and Salt – Torrevieja
The Museo del Mar y de la Sal, inaugurated in 1995, is mainly an ethnological museum located in a temporary building in the heart of Torrevieja. It showcases local traditions related to salt production and the maritime life of the region.
One of the museum’s main highlights is its floating museum, the submarine Delfín (S-61), a former unit of the Spanish Navy that has now become a permanent exhibition. Donated to the city in 2004, it was the first submarine in Spain to be transformed into a museum. Since being moored in the port, it has attracted more than one million visitors within its first ten years.
