🧾 Fees & Conditions
- Cleaning: €115 per stay (mandatory, with disinfection)
- Security deposit: €200 per stay (fully refundable if the apartment is left in good condition at check-out)
- Minimum stay: 5 nights in July–August · 3 nights the rest of the year
- Check-in / Check-out: from 4:00 p.m. · until 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellation policy: flexible outside high season
- Tourist tax: according to local regulations
